1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Digixvault service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Account Responsibility and Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Digixvault operates on a strict Zero-Knowledge Architecture. We do not store, possess, or transmit your master password. If you lose your master password, we cannot recover your data. You are solely responsible for securely storing your master password and keeping your account credentials safe.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Digixvault platform to:

• Store illegal materials, including pirated software, stolen credentials, or exploit payloads.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the cryptographic architecture of the platform.
• Engage in any activity that intentionally disrupts or degrades the performance of the Digixvault infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digixvault, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
